I’ve been reading the book Ureasonable Hospitality. The author Will Guidara is a former restaurant owner in NY and after listening to a few podcasts with him I had to get his book. His ideas are so simple but so enlightening regarding how to please a customer. I don’t run retail anymore but most of his ideas apply to people and to life. If I had to go back to school or study I would be studying consumer behavior. Many of the ideas and topics you will say “of course, that’s obvious” but then you’ll find you do none of it. Halfway through and I highly recommend if you have any role that involves sales, attracking, or pleasing customers. 5300 and all 5 star ratings tells a lot
