I’ll be glad to be done with October from a domaining standpoint. Zero sales for the month is my first month with no sales in 5 years. I only have 700 domains and realistically 550ish that are good names so averages say this could happen but add in nothing in the last 2 weeks of September and what a drought. I normally don’t complain and still not worried. There will be sales. I also am fortunate that my main source of income is still my nursery and my stock returns but even the stock market is very top heavy and I think overall we see some headwinds the next quarter. So I am not very comfortable there either.
What’s my plan? I am going to knock a few prices down where I moonshotted. Not on the crypto or finance names but on a few categories. Other than that I am going to have some fun, reduce purchases of names, not buy as many running shoes, and maybe go hit the mountains for a few months. That’s my form of burn reduction 😀
