The first email from DSAD is here. Be patient it will take some time to get in the groove. We’ll start a few days with an email version of the daily posts and soon we’ll be adding more news and info to go along with it. Now let’s see if all these links pass through anyone’s spam filter

You may have noticed that the FarmlandAuction.com auction was canceled. If you’ve been paying attention, you’ll see that the auctions that get canceled are almost always partner names entering GoDaddy’s expired auction platform. They don’t all have the same expiration timeframe and are often renewed. Sometimes, they’re even tested to see how they perform—if they do well enough, the owner may pay the extra fee to bring them back.

From now on, if I showcase a name here, I’ll double-check to make sure it’s actually owned by GoDaddy.

Also, I’m going to try something new to keep you coming back. Each day, I’ll share five links to interesting posts or articles in our industry. Maybe you’ve seen them, maybe you haven’t. Ironically, my first lists—16 years ago—had this same section. It was harder to find good articles back then, but now that I’ve been doing this for so long, I catch all the latest news and gossip. I’ll share the best of it here.
